Responsibilities
Manage all phases of litigation, including case assessment, client communication, legal research, and strategy development
Draft and file motions
Conduct depositions
Provide courtroom representation for trials and hearings
Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to deliver excellent client services
Qualification
Required
Strong understanding of Law, including legal principles and procedures
Experience with drafting and filing Motions and other legal documentation accurately and effectively
Proficiency in working with Courts, including court processes, hearings, and filing protocols
Skilled in conducting Trials and managing multiple aspects of trial preparation and execution
Experience handling Depositions, including scheduling, conducting, and analyzing testimony
Exceptional analytical, research, and verbal communication skills
Licensed to practice law in Massachusetts and in good standing with the Massachusetts state bar
Preferred
Prior experience in civil or business litigation is highly preferred
