Executive Producer - Account Growth (B2B Video)
LocalEyes Video Production is an Emmy award-winning corporate video agency that helps marketing teams drive sales through strategic video. They are seeking an Executive Producer to own revenue, account growth, and video strategy for new business and assigned accounts, focusing on leading discovery, scoping, pricing, and closing deals.

Responsibilities
Own the sales process end-to-end: lead → discovery → strategy → proposal/SOW → follow-up → close
Qualify hard: fit, budget, timeline, stakeholders, decision process, success metrics
Build scopes/budgets that are realistic, operationally sound, and margin-protecting
Maintain clean HubSpot: stages, tasks, notes, next steps, close plan, forecast accuracy
Run strong follow-up discipline: no stalled deals without a defined plan
Hit bookings targets (new logo + reactivation as assigned)
Lead consultative discovery aligned to marketing objectives and distribution context
Translate goals into a clear recommended approach: assets, variants, formats, timeline, and production plan
Create “briefs that don’t miss” - production should start with clarity, not guesswork
Ensure expectations are aligned early (timeline, revision boundaries, stakeholders, approvals)
Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and proactively pitch them
Drive repeat work through structured plays (Upsells, Reactivations, Referrals, Reviews/Retention as applicable)
Build senior stakeholder relationships that lead to more work without discounting
Coordinate with delivery leadership to ensure growth does not compromise quality
Protect scope and margin when pressure comes up (internally or from clients)
Flag risk early (scope creep, timeline compression, stakeholder misalignment)
Join key milestones as needed: kickoff, creative alignment, major reviews, escalations
Own escalations when client confidence is at risk - fast, calm, decisive
Qualification
Required
Corporate video production experience - you've shipped real client work and understand delivery realities
Video sales experience - you've owned discovery-to-close on production projects
Proven corporate video delivery experience (you understand the work, not just the sale)
Proven production sales experience (you've closed projects end-to-end)
Confident consultative seller with senior marketing stakeholders
Strong scoping and pricing across $15K-$150K+ ranges
High follow-through and urgency - no dropped balls
Excellent written comms (recaps, briefs, proposals)
Comfortable with weekly scorecard accountability and targets
5+ years corporate video experience (agency or in-house)
3+ years owning sales cycles for production services (discovery to close)
Prior titles: Executive Producer, Producer, Sr Producer, Account Director, Client Partner (or equivalent)
Preferred
B2B tech and mid-market/enterprise buyer familiarity (VP Marketing, Demand Gen, Brand)
Experience selling multi-asset campaigns or content systems
HubSpot power user (tasks, sequences, pipeline reporting)
Experience partnering with paid media/demand gen teams (speaking their language)
