Responsibilities

Provide functional and technical support for Manhattan Active WMS (MAWM)
Troubleshoot WMS issues and coordinate with software vendors as needed
Perform system, regression, and UAT testing for fixes and enhancements
Configure MAWM modules for inbound and outbound warehouse processes
Work on system enhancements, workflows, rules, and configurations
Document warehouse business processes and manage support tickets
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve warehouse operational issues
Lead discussions with business users and provide guidance/training
Support go-live and post-go-live activities, including hypercare

Required

Strong hands-on experience with Manhattan Active Warehouse Management (MAWM)
Solid understanding of warehouse operations (receiving, putaway, picking, packing, shipping)
Experience in WMS configuration, testing, and support
Ability to analyze and resolve functional and technical WMS issues
Experience working on WMS implementations and enhancements
Excellent communication and documentation skills

Preferred

Experience with cloud-based WMS solutions
