Responsibilities
Assist with the timely completion of multi discipline technical projects; participate in project meetings and support project tracking and analysis
Support system or technical project plan by reviewing project objectives, technology, systems, and information specifications, schedules, funding, and staffing
Research, plan, communicate and achieve objectives through delivery team; collaborate with the team as they plan, track and execute project plans from start to completion
Ensure adherence to quality standards and reviews project deliverables
Help to establish project feasibility by examining project alignment with organization strategies and plans; completing cost-benefit and information, technology, and systems integration analyses
Help to establish and achieve financial objectives by preparing a project budget; scheduling and approving expenditures; analyzing variances, initiating corrective actions
Confirm project outcomes by establishing standards and testing requirements; writing scripts and test cases
Support operations by resolving technology, systems, and information issues; providing user training
Prepare project status reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends
Perform other duties as assigned

Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related field or equivalent experience
0-1 years of related experience
Excellent written and communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Self-motivated; comfortable working with ambiguity
Commitment to customer service
Solid analytical and reasoning skills and proven ability to develop solutions to complex problems
Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals
