Responsibilities

Build Relationships: Connect with healthcare professionals, discharge planners, social workers, and other key referral sources
Drive Outreach: Conduct calls, meetings, and events to promote our Assisted Living communities
Facilitate Admissions: Guide prospective residents through the admissions process, ensuring a seamless transition
Promote Our Communities: Share information about care options, services, and amenities with potential residents and their families

Required
