This role involves acting as the primary liaison between the client, the Salesforce Architect, and the offshore delivery team while managing project outcomes and expectations.

Responsibilities
Lead requirements gathering sessions with business stakeholders and translate needs into clear user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria
Partner closely with the Salesforce Architect and project leadership to define scalable, high-quality solutions
Work day-to-day with the offshore delivery team, ensuring requirements are understood and delivered to spec
Own the client relationship—managing expectations, steering conversations, and guiding stakeholders through decision-making
Coordinate project activities and dependencies, handling light project management responsibilities where needed
Support UAT planning and execution, including test case creation and defect tracking
Maintain a strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and continuously identify opportunities to optimize client outcomes
Qualification
Required
Strong Core Salesforce Business Analysis experience within consulting or partner environments
Hands-on exposure to at least one of the following Salesforce Clouds: Financial Services Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Manufacturing Cloud, or any additional Salesforce cloud products
Demonstrated ability to lead client workshops, own stakeholder communication, and influence decision-making
Experience working in cross-functional delivery models (onshore + offshore)
Familiarity with Agile delivery practices, user story creation, backlog refinement, and sprint planning
Ability to manage tasks, timelines, and blockers with light PM oversight
Preferred
Financial Services Cloud (highly preferred)
