Ensuring efficient and on-time operation of the machine shop within the X-energy Technology Advancement Center (XTAC)
Overseeing the intake of new job requests
Coordinating job approval workflows
Developing detailed production schedules that optimize resources and support manufacturing activities
Managing material and tooling procurement
Tracking work progress
Mitigating schedule risks
Communicating regularly with engineering, purchasing, and workshop leadership
