Responsibilities
Insures that all documents are filed, promotional programs are created, post reports are sent, and audits are completed
Will assist in creating Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board submissions and must execute within approved rules
Maintains records, charts, and graphs of entertainment on a monthly basis
Must have the ability to execute programs that deliver excitement and provide a service experience that meets department expectations
Qualification
Required
College Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or equivalent experience in gaming, or hospitality
Basic Computer skills (WORD, EXCEL, PowerPoint, etc.)
Able to type 35 words per minute
Able to use 10 key
3 Years of Event Planning Experience
Ability to maintain composure and excellent guest relations under all circumstances
Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
Preferred
Familiarity of Casino Management System (CMS)
