Responsibilities

Support, maintain, and enhance SharePoint Online, Nintex, Power Apps, and Power Automate applications used throughout the district
Provide full lifecycle support, including troubleshooting workflows, developing enhancements, supporting end users, and partnering with Carol and Subha to maintain mission-critical applications
Collaborate with district leaders, stakeholders, and technical teams to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure application reliability
Intentionally structured to evolve into a future leadership position

SharePoint Online supportNintex FormsWorkflowPower AppsPower AutomateSQL interpretationHTMLCSSO365 proficiencyPower BI familiarityCMS exposureJavaScriptPowerShellLow-code/no-code architectureLeadership experience

Required

SharePoint Online support and administration
hands-on experience with Nintex Forms and Workflow
capability with Power Apps and Power Automate
ability to read and interpret SQL
understanding of workflow logic
perform root-cause analysis on application issues
front-end knowledge such as HTML and CSS
Strong O365 proficiency—including Teams, Groups, and Excel

Preferred

Power BI familiarity
CMS exposure
basic scripting (JavaScript, PowerShell)
general comfort with low-code/no-code architecture
Experience in public sector, education, or customer-oriented environments
Early leadership experience—formal or informal
