Track and maintain approvals for courses, instructors, providers and course offerings; ensure appropriate approvals are received
Data entry of approvals in various systems
System maintenance and product creation
Qualification
Required
Associates Degree with a focus in Regulatory, Law, Political Science, Business Administration or equivalent professional experience
1-3 Years' experience with Data entry
Excellent PC skills with proficiency in Windows, Internet environment and Excel
Professional communication skills (verbal and written), highly organized and detail oriented, ability to handle multiple tasks with competing deadlines, time management, ability to acclimate to multiple systems and platforms. Maintain a high level of confidentiality with personal information/identifiers of students and clients
Self-starter who displays initiative and has a passion for ensuring quality work, holds themselves highly accountable, and brings a positive attitude to the team
Preferred
Industry experience and knowledge of regulatory requirements of courses/instructor filings
