Responsibilities
Manage complex transaction data rooms
Coordinate closings
Prepare and file corporate and regulatory documents
Maintain comprehensive legal records
Draft and review commercial agreements
Build and maintain capital partner reporting repositories
Coordinate the review, execution, and storage of legal documents
Serve as a central liaison between internal departments, external counsel, counterparties, and capital partners
Ensure deliverables are accurate, complete, and timely
Proactively identify and resolve bottlenecks
Maintain organized entity databases and organizational charts
Track contract and compliance deadlines
Qualification
Required
Experience in corporate law, commercial transactions, financing, and/or commercial real estate
Proven ability to independently draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements
Exceptional organizational skills
Attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities across numerous entities
Must be licensed to practice law in any state within the United States and in good standing therein
Preferred
High-volume corporate database management
Commercial real estate title and survey review
Business entity formations
BigLaw experience
Legal AI functionality
