Responsibilities
Work with internal clients to understand their needs and assess business processes and workflows
Coordinate among multiple client areas to deliver solutions on time and on budget
Minimize risk and formulate contingency plans; resolve and/or escalate issues in a timely manner
Participate in the analysis, design, training, testing, implementation and support of targeted solutions
Maintain and publish status reporting to track progress in achieving plan goals and objectives
Administer management routines to review plan progress with company leadership
Perform other related duties as required and assigned
Demonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization’s desired culture and values
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration or related field required
7+ years in analyst/project management role with financial services, mortgage banking, consulting firm
Conversant with technical and critical components of planning and organizational development disciplines
Contemporary knowledge of business concepts, life cycles, and processes
Preferred
Project or program management professional preferred
