Responsibilities
Execute material cost releases in SAP after verifying completeness and correctness of inputs
Validate master data submitted by cross-functional teams to ensure it meets standards prior to item release
Review BOMs, routings, and costing elements for accuracy, alignment, and readiness
Monitor timelines to ensure all costing steps are completed accurately and on schedule
Flag and resolve data inconsistencies and collaborate with stakeholders to correct issues before release
Support month-end close with required costing, validations, and data checks
Produce recurring reports (weekly/monthly) and distribute to stakeholders
Assist Finance with ad hoc analysis and reporting as needs arise
Qualification
Required
SAP experience is required, specifically related to material master data and/or costing processes
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for analysis, validation, and reporting
Exceptional attention to detail with a process-first mindset
Ability to follow established procedures while maintaining accuracy and pace
Receptive to feedback and eager to learn
