Responsibilities
Support migration of TIBCO EMS to 10.3 and TIBCO BusinessWorks (BW 5.x / BW6)
Design, implement, and support messaging solutions using TIBCO EMS/JMS
Develop, maintain, and optimize REST and SOAP services and integration APIs
Perform complex data transformations using XML, XSD, XSLT, JSON
Provide technical leadership, peer code reviews, and mentorship to junior team members
Execute deployments, configuration, and troubleshooting across DEV, QA, UAT, and PROD
Conduct performance tuning, capacity planning, and environment optimization
Lead production support, incident management, and root cause analysis
Ensure solutions meet security, governance, and compliance requirements in partnership with DevOps and security teams
Maintain, upgrade, and remediate vulnerabilities across TIBCO environments
Collaborate with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams to ensure successful project execution and delivery
Qualification
Required
7+ years hands on experience in enterprise application integration
Strong expertise in TIBCO BusinessWorks (BW 5.x / BW6)
Strong programming background in Java, J2EE, Spring Framework
Extensive experience with TIBCO EMS/JMS
Hands on experience with REST, SOAP, XML, JSON, XSD, XSLT
Experience with relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL)
Familiarity with Linux/Unix environments
Experience with Git/SVN and build tools such as Maven/Gradle
Preferred
Experience with TIBCO Admin, Hawk, and TEA
Exposure to TIBCO API Management / Mashery
Experience with Kafka, IBM MQ, or ActiveMQ
Cloud exposure (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
CI/CD experience (Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps)
Industry experience in Banking, Insurance, Telecom, or Healthcare
