Responsibilities
Own outpatient operations systems: compliance workflows, documentation readiness, and office/client experience
Support compliance readiness aligned to ADHS requirements (Article 1 & 10) and internal standards
Maintain employee file compliance for new hires and renewals; identify gaps and fix them fast
Schedule therapy appointments and coordinate with mentors and therapists; keep calendars accurate and communication crisp
Support initial screening and insurance screening workflows
Help maintain a full and accurate provider schedule through excellent client care
Build playbooks/trackers and support new program launches through process mapping and operational setup
Billing support is a plus: help ensure documentation is complete and routed correctly to support timely billing
Qualification
Required
Behavioral health operations experience is required
2+ years in behavioral health / healthcare operations, outpatient operations, compliance, or clinical admin
Experience with Department of Health standards and Joint Commission accreditation readiness
Strong understanding of confidentiality and professional client care expectations
Strong organization + systems mindset (you love trackers, checklists, and clean processes)
Familiarity with EHR/documentation practices and compliance tracking
Bachelor's (Required)

Preferred
