Responsibilities
Design and optimize data models, databases, data warehouses, and data lakes that power our business insights
Support our strategic vision for data architecture, aligning with company objectives
Define architecture standards and best practices that ensure data integrity and scalability
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data initiatives with business requirements
Architect data integration solutions, ETL pipelines, and governance frameworks
Design and implement master data management strategies and quality management processes
Evaluate and recommend data technologies to optimize performance and scalability
Partner with data engineering teams to foster innovation and continuous improvement
Qualification
Required
3-5 years of experience in data architecture, database design, and data management
Experience with data modeling, database technologies, and ingestion frameworks
Hands-on experience with NoSQL, Kafka, middleware, and cloud platforms (AWS, Snowflake)
Ability to design high-performance, resilient data architectures for complex environments
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical and business stakeholders
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities in fast-paced environments
Technical knowledge of data quality standards, governance, and design
Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field
Preferred
Cloud certifications are a plus (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect)
