Responsibilities
Review contracts and agreements to ensure that all financial terms and conditions are effectively managed
Monitor project progress, track and manage costs and investigate variances
Assist Project Managers with project plans, schedules and workflows
Keep project files organized & accessible and create & update documentation
Process vendor & subcontractor invoices and employee expense reports accurately and within assigned timeline
Ensure accurate and timely billing
Assist Controller with payment collection
Maintain records regarding costs and project-related expenses
Communicate with subcontractors & vendors on billing requirements
Liaise with client to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives
Assist with project closeout upon contract completion
Cooperate and communicate effectively with project manager and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support
Other related duties as assigned or needed
Qualification
Required
Associate or Bachelor's degree in relevant field
5+ years of experience
Knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
Proficient in Microsoft Suite and Adobe
Ability to appropriately handle sensitive and/or confidential information
Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
Ability to handle multiple project assignments while maintaining flexibility to meet deadlines
Ability to contribute to team-oriented, multi-disciplined project delivery and problem solving
Excellent customer service with individuals at all levels both internal and external
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Preferred
NetSuite billing experience a plus
