Reviewing and approving pleadings for filing with the Court
Preparing cases for upcoming Court hearings
Participating in negotiations
Representing clients in various cases, particularly in the field of legal collections
Collaborating with a team of experienced professionals to deliver ethical and compliant results
Qualification
Required
Licensed to practice law in OK, TN or MS
Proficiency in providing Legal Advice and conducting thorough Research and managing cases through the litigation process
Excellent Negotiation skills and the ability to settle cases effectively
Strong written and oral communication skills, attention to detail, and organizational skills
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team environment
Preferred
Experience in legal collections or related fields
