Responsibilities

Supervising the operation, maintenance, and repair of all buildings and infrastructure for the Richmond Campus facility
Working with a concentration on the Corrective and Preventative maintenance of the Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) and Lab renovation projects
Planning and overseeing the operations of the HVAC Renovation and Building Operations Unit
Planning, directing, and organizing the activities of the unit staff
Assisting the CPO III

Required

Works under the direction of the Chief of Plant Operations I (CPO I) of the Engineering Teams Section
