Staffing & Recruiting
Responsibilities
Reviewing engineering estimates, schedules, drawings, and specifications
Coordinating engineering package and schedule reviews
Tracking deliverables
Providing technical support during field construction activities
Work closely with internal stakeholders, vendors, and customers
Participate in field visits and pre-award meetings
Support troubleshooting efforts
Maintain project data in engineering systems
Prepare progress and financial updates
Support system emergencies and equipment outages as required
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering
Minimum of 5 years of applicable engineering and/or design experience in utility operations, construction, substations, steam, and/or power generation operations
OR Master's degree in Engineering and 3 years of related experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively at all organizational levels
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, MS Projects)
Ability and willingness to perform field visits and work in substation and switching station environments, including wearing required PPE
