Strong indirect procurement background (software, services, consulting, maintenance)
Oracle Purchasing mastery (PO creation, PR validation, supplier add workflow)
Comfortable processing 10–15+ POs daily
Experience chasing quotes, supplier follow-up, and PO approvals
Strong stakeholder communication
