Responsibilities
Development and support of business process automation using n8n and APIs
Integration of internal and external systems (Asana, Jira, Slack, Google Workspace, HRM, Finance tools)
Working with REST APIs, webhooks, and authentication mechanisms
Improving existing processes to increase their reliability and performance
Maintaining up-to-date technical documentation
Qualification
Required
2+ years experience integrating popular business tools such as Jira, Slack, Asana, or Google Workspace, experience in automation or backend/platform engineering
Deep knowledge of n8n or similar iPaaS platforms
Familiar with technologies: REST APIs, Webhooks, JSON, data transformations
Solid programming skills: JavaScript or Python
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and take responsibility for decisions, translate business requirements into technical algorithms
Ability to fluently read and apply technical documentation in English
Preferred
Experience working with APIs for specific services: Slack, Jira, Asana, and HRM systems
Knowledge of security best practices (access scopes, credentials management)
Experience working with internal corporate systems (Internal Tools)
