Responsibilities

Identify the best opportunities for improving alignment and business performance between Engineering and Sales
Design, implement, and manage new programs and mechanisms to streamline collaboration, create transparency, and accelerate outcomes
Partner with technical and operations teams to define requirements for tooling integrations, creating more seamless workflows for both organizations
Develop, track, and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) for process effectiveness and efficiency, reporting on progress to executive leadership and driving a culture of continuous improvement
Act as a key strategic partner and trusted advisor to leaders in both Sales and Engineering, navigating complex priorities and driving consensus

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
8 years of experience in program or project management
6 years of experience in management consulting
Experience in leading cross-functional programs across their life-cycle (e.g., opportunity definition, solution design, implementation and operations)

Preferred

8 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects
Experience as a executive consulting leader (i.e., Associate Partner or equivalent level)
Understanding of the cloud services industry and enterprise sales function
Ability to build consensus among senior leaders with differing priorities
Excellent communication and influencing skills
