Sales Director
Confidential Company is seeking a Sales Director to manage sales teams and ensure the attainment of goals and operational performance metrics. The role involves meeting revenue goals, maintaining staff headcount, and identifying process and product gaps.

Develop and drive key sales strategies or initiatives
Responsible for meeting overall revenue goals
Monitor the market and competitor products and activities and provide detailed sales forecasting
Responsible for reviewing customer activity, anticipating consumer needs, and improving customer satisfaction
Collaborate with marketing and other departments to develop effective strategies
Responsible for the coaching and development maximize individual contribution
Maintain a culture of success and goal achievement
Qualification
Required
Four years of College resulting in a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
8 to 10 years in related field
Demonstrated performance in a competitive sale environment
Experience managing key customer relationships and closing strategic opportunities
Sales Management experience required
Good leadership, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
In-depth knowledge of selling strategies and methods as well as employee motivation techniques
Strong working knowledge of the company's products, competitive products, and the market
Strong strategic planning, organizational, and creative thinking skills
Has 2 or More Full Time Direct Reports

Experience in Telecommunications preferred
