The Business Development Representative / Salesperson will help launch a new office by building referral relationships and increasing brand visibility in the community.

Responsibilities

Build, manage, and grow referral relationships across hospitals, rehabs, senior living communities, care managers, and healthcare networks

Conduct outside sales visits, presentations, networking, and community outreach to increase brand visibility

Educate referral partners and families on non-medical home care services and Griswold’s mission

Generate leads, follow up consistently, and manage the full sales pipeline

Track outreach activities, inquiries, and conversions; report progress to leadership

Collaborate closely with the office team to ensure excellent client experiences

Support additional marketing, outreach, or territory development initiatives as needed

Required

2+ years of experience in sales, business development, account management, healthcare sales, or senior services (home care/home health experience a plus)

Associate's degree or higher

Self-motivated, organized, and energized by meeting new people

Professional, compassionate, and committed to representing a mission-driven brand
