Responsibilities
Analyze collateral data for whole-loan trading and securitization
Maintain Mortgage Trading databases (NEC, pairoff, extensions)
Act as a Mortgage Trading liaison to other departments (Financial Analysis and Valuation, Portfolio Strategy, Treasury, Servicing & Accounting)
Review and analyze performance related metrics based on historical data gathered from portfolio position
Complete ad hoc and project oriented requests related to pricing, reporting and data management
Assist traders in managing trade positions via dollar rolls and swaps
Perform other related duties as required and assigned
Demonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization’s desired culture and values
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
Must be highly proficient in Excel and Word
Preferred
Knowledge of SQL a plus
Financial Services and, if possible, mortgage industry experience preferred
