They are seeking a motivated Outside Sales Representative to increase new account sales in a protected local market territory, focusing on growing existing accounts and identifying new opportunities.

Responsibilities
Follows FPC’s Proven Selling System
Maintains current revenue from existing customers through responsiveness, innovative problem solving, and personal follow-up including prompt resolution of concerns
Acquire new business, large and small, in your specified territory by cold calling, networking, research and retention calls
Develop customized sales strategies and maintain high productivity levels
Negotiates sales contracts including pricing, terms and conditions and scope of services
Conduct presentation meetings with potential clients as needed
Negotiate sales contracts and oversee new account installations
TEAMWORK: Drives the sales process by bringing together relevant departments within the company to meet the needs of prospective and current customers
Qualification
Required
Must be willing to follow proven Sales System currently in place for maximum benefits
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and time management skills
Detail Oriented, disciplined note taker
A positive attitude and team player is a must
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Preferred
1-3 years plus Business-to-Business sales experience preferred
Associates Degree or higher, preferred
