Responsibilities
Manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, including preparation and review of accruals, reconciliations, and analytical reports
Prepare periodic management reporting packages and provide financial analysis as needed for internal stakeholders and external parties (including auditors and investors)
Develop, document, and implement efficient financial processes to optimize team workflows, strengthen controls, and improve service delivery to stakeholders
Support tax and regulatory filings and related documentation
Work closely with external auditors and consultants during interim and annual audits, as well as ongoing accounting and compliance matters
Collaborate cross-functionally on accounting initiatives and process improvements
Support accounting and finance-related projects and systems enhancements as the company scales
Qualification
Required
CPA background
7+ years of relevant accounting experience, ideally within a global tech environment
Ability to work independently, fast learner, and self-motivated
Advanced Excel skills
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
Ability to work in a fast-paced global company, meet tight deadlines, and handle multiple priorities
Applicants must have the legal right to work in the country where the position is based, without the need for visa sponsorship
Preferred
NetSuite experience strongly preferred
