Responsibilities

Own and evolve the BIM lifecycle across Fluidstack’s global data center program

Establish and enforce global BIM standards, ensuring consistency, quality, and scalability

Lead high-LOD (400+) modeling to support prefabrication and modular construction

Manage and coordinate external MEP consultants, ensuring compliance with Fluidstack BIM standards

Develop and maintain BIM templates that support repeatable, industrialized design workflows

Drive computational automation to eliminate repetitive design work and accelerate delivery

Ensure digital models function as fabrication-ready digital twins

Translate complex BIM workflows into clear, actionable outputs for project managers and supply chain partners

Qualification

Required

7–10 years of experience in BIM roles within mission-critical, industrial, or semiconductor environments

Deep understanding of ISO 19650 standards

Proven experience delivering LOD 400+ models for prefabrication

Proficiency in Dynamo or Python for BIM automation at scale

Strong system-thinking mindset with the ability to enforce standards across global teams

Clear, effective communicator capable of bridging technical workflows and execution teams
