Responsibilities
Prepare, analyze, and consolidate weekly cash forecasts, including cash flow inputs from international subsidiaries
Develop, maintain, and present 13‑week cash flow forecasts, including variance analysis and weekly updates for Treasury leadership
Perform daily cash reconciliations and generate related reporting
Perform daily cash reconciliations and generate related reporting
Conduct ad hoc financial analysis and reporting to support leadership decision-making
Prepare month-end journal entries
Perform account reconciliations
Post cash transactions in SAP ERP
Compile and distribute company operating budgets
Support covenant compliance activities and maintain quarterly debt schedules
Update and manage the company’s enterprise-wide bond reporting
Maintain and develop moderately complex spreadsheets that include pivot tables, charts, and advanced Excel functions
Respond to internal and external audit inquiries and assist with documentation requests
Perform other functions as assigned by leadership aligned with treasury, finance, and analysis needs
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Minimum of 2 years of professional experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Strong understanding of corporate finance principles and asset management strategies
Demonstrated ability to analyze data to support accurate cash forecasting
Preferred
Experience with SAP ERP is a plus, but not required
