Service Coordinator
LHH is a company that focuses on providing exceptional service in the HVAC industry. They are seeking a Service Coordinator who will act as the communication hub between customers, office staff, and field technicians, ensuring efficient service operations and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
Answer and log incoming customer service calls in a courteous and professional manner
Create accurate service tickets with all required details
Provide updates to customers regarding scheduling, technician arrival times, and service status
Maintain real‑time updates in the service management system (e.g., Penta or similar)
Document job notes, follow-ups, and status changes accurately
Identify and escalate delays or concerns to the Service Manager
Schedule, assign, and dispatch HVAC technicians based on workload, skill set, and priority
Ensure technicians have all necessary information and materials for each job
Monitor technician check‑ins/outs and adjust schedules throughout the day
Assist with preparing work orders, ordering materials, and tracking shipments
Compile and review service reports such as call logs, PM reports, and WIP summaries
Support the Service Manager and supervisor in workflow optimization and issue resolution
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent required
1–3 years of customer service, dispatch, or administrative experience (HVAC or trades preferred)
Strong communication skills and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn industry‑specific software
