This internship provides an opportunity to apply academic knowledge to real-world financial scenarios, focusing on financial modeling, analysis, and reporting while collaborating with various departments within the organization.

Responsibilities
Analyze financial performance by highlighting trends and anomalies and provide regular reporting on a business unit’s financial performance
Compare financial data with forecasts and plans to determine current financial conditions
Partner with cross functional groups and business partners to analyze the business
Assist with financial modeling
Provide support for annual budget and forecast cycles
Assist with statistical analysis and other special projects
Develop and utilize spreadsheets, databases, and other computer applications
Provide insights and recommendations for operational improvements and innovations
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field, with a minimum GPA of 3.0
Strong analytical and quantitative skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Ability to work 30+ hours per week in a hybrid schedule, with a minimum of two (2) days on-site at the office
Willing to work a minimum of 2 days a week during Summer 2026 on-site in our Downers Grove, IL corporate office
Legal authorization to work in the United States
Self-directed, results-oriented professional with a strong sense of ownership and a desire to make a meaningful impact
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders and drive alignment
Analytical and detail-oriented, with a data-driven approach to problem solving, solution development, and answering key business questions
Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects effectively in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrates high standards for performance, accountability, and follow-through
Highly motivated with a demonstrated willingness to learn and adapt
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and reporting (e.g., formulas, pivot tables)
Preferred
Coursework or experience involving data analysis, financial modeling, or quantitative problem solving
Previous internship, part-time role, or project-based experience
