Responsibilities
Educate and guide clients through Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, and Part D plans
Conduct needs-based assessments to recommend suitable coverage options
Assist clients with enrollments, renewals, and plan changes
Stay current on Medicare regulations, compliance requirements, and carrier offerings
Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional customer service and follow-up
Work independently and/or with a team to meet individual and agency sales goals
Qualification
Required
Licensed in Life, Health, & Accident in the state of Missouri (required)
In-depth knowledge of Medicare Advantage, Medigap, and Prescription Drug Plans
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Comfortable working with CRM systems and online quoting tools
Preferred
2+ years of experience with Medicare products preferred
