Responsibilities
Configure and develop within OneStream to support finance processes (planning, budgeting, forecasting, close & consolidation, and reporting), aligned to established solution designs
Build and maintain business rules (calculations, validations, allocations, and transformations) using OneStream development tools and best practices
Support data management activities including data loads, mappings, transformations, reconciliations, and error handling within OneStream (and/or comparable CPM platforms such as Hyperion or SAP BPC)
Develop scripts and queries using VB.NET and/or SQL to enable automation, support integrations, and troubleshoot data/process issues
Execute testing activities (unit testing, system testing support, defect fixes, and regression testing) and document results to ensure stable releases
Troubleshoot and resolve development defects across business rules, workflows, data loads, and reports, escalating patterns and proposing preventative fixes
Produce technical documentation (configuration notes, rule logic descriptions, deployment steps, and runbooks) to support repeatable delivery and operations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Must be able to obtain and maintain the required Secret clearance for this role
Delivery Center Location & Travel Requirements: Hybrid Work Model: Operate under a hybrid system requiring residence within a commutable distance to one of the US Delivery Center locations (Gilbert, Lake Mary, or Mechanicsburg)
Co-location Expectation: Spend up to 30% of working time co-located at an assigned office for orchestrated opportunities, including projects, practice sessions, training, and Moments That Matter at a Deloitte Delivery Center location, Geo-Hub location, approved site, or project location
Travel Requirement: Maximum of 10% overnight travel for client or project purposes
Relocation Requirement: If relocation is necessary, complete the move within 12 weeks from the start date to reside within a commutable distance
1+ years of experience developing and configurating with OneStream tools
1+ years of experience with business rules creation and data management OneStream, Hyperion or BPC
1+ years scripting experience with VB.Net or SQL
