Responsibilities
Schedules and coordinates mitigation technicians efficiently to complete projects timely and in a profitable fashion
Verifies all documentation is complete on a per loss basis and invoices projects
Able to navigate multiple software systems and complex billing procedures
Ensures warehouse equipment and supplies are organized and stocked
Assists with after-hours on-call phone assignments as needed
Works with other personnel to ensure the department runs smoothly and efficiently
Visits client sites within our service area
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
3 years Project Manager experience required
High School diploma (or equivalent) or higher (or equivalent experience) required
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
Must be self motivated; works well individually
Must be a team player; works well with team
Must have excellent customer service skills
Must be able to lift a minimum 70lbs without assistance
Preferred
5 years experience working with a disaster restoration / mitigation company strongly preferred
Prior experience managing a team of employees strongly preferred
