Responsibilities

Serve clients, vendors, and teammates with professional, courteous communication
Enter and maintain orders accurately in SoftPro and title policy systems
Prepare and balance settlement statements and coordinate closing documents
Process disbursements, payoffs, and post-closing functions promptly and accurately
Maintain organized and compliant title files throughout the process
Coordinate with lenders, attorneys, and closing agents to keep each transaction moving
Handle document recording and follow up on completion as needed
Support the Settlement Services Manager with updates, issue resolution, and special projects

Required

At least 1 year of training/experience in real estate closings
Strong document review skills and the analytical skills to interpret real estate recording documents
