Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive OTS-wide customer engagement and measurement strategies, creating sophisticated metrics frameworks that inform critical business decisions and drive the success of customer programs
Continuously evolve the organization's operational excellence customer engagement and measurement framework, designing scalable solutions and mechanisms that yield substantial efficiency gains throughout OTS operations
Lead large-scale, cross-organizational programs spanning multiple business verticals, using data-driven insights to shape strategy and catalyze significant improvements across OTS
Innovate and deploy customer feedback mechanisms that scale across multiple business units, ensuring program efficacy and foster continuous improvement at the OTS level
Champion organizational change management initiatives impacting thousands of employees across diverse geographies, driving adoption of new operational models and best practices
Craft and deliver high-impact executive communications for VP+ and Director-Level Leadership, including critical OP1/OP2 documents and quarterly business reviews (QBRs)
Collaborate with business verticals to develop multi-year strategic roadmaps, establish robust governance frameworks and controls for OTS's program portfolios
Manage end-to-end program execution, including strategic headcount planning, budget allocation, and long-term investment strategies
Spearhead global initiatives to build strategic partnerships across regions, ensuring OTS's global operational excellence
Drive program success through direct customer engagement and field team collaboration, requiring regular travel to key accounts (GCF, ATS, GDS, Air, etc.). This proximity ensures alignment between customer needs and program outcomes
Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks and issues related to organizational design
Develop and implement contingency plans to address potential challenges
Prepare and deliver regular program status reports to executive leadership and stakeholders
Ensure transparent and effective communication across all program teams
Manage program budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and financial stewardship
Monitor program expenses and adjust plans as necessary to stay within budget constraints
Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices in organizational design
Stay current with industry trends and advancements in organizational design methodologies
Qualification
Required
7+ years of technical product or program management experience
10+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
5+ years of software development experience
Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
Bachelor's degree
Preferred
8+ years of hands-on work managing complex technology projects experience
Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
Master of Business Administration, or Master's degree in a technical field
