Candidates should have experience and be comfortable with direct client exposure, including acting in an outside general counsel role
Experience working with closely held businesses and serial entrepreneurs is a plus
Excellent communication and leadership skills, intellectual curiosity, action-oriented interest in taking on increased levels of responsibility, and a commitment to professional improvement and exceptional client service are fundamental
It is highly beneficial, although not necessary, for applicants to have an existing, portable book of business, even if modest
Qualification
Required
2-10 years of experience in civil litigation
Strong foundation in business litigation and alternative dispute resolution
Significant experience in motion practice and depositions
Experience and comfort with direct client exposure
Active member of and in good standing with the Arizona State Bar
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Intellectual curiosity
Action-oriented interest in taking on increased levels of responsibility
Commitment to professional improvement and exceptional client service
Preferred
