Executive Assistant
Athena Care Homes is a growing, purpose-driven care group built on warmth, integrity and excellence. They are seeking an Executive Assistant to support the CEO and Executive Team by providing high-level executive, governance, and project coordination support across their expanding portfolio of care homes and strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities
Provide high-level executive support to the CEO, with additional support to the Founder and Finance Director as required
Manage complex, fast-paced diaries, inboxes and priorities with foresight and sound judgement
Prepare agendas, briefing notes, Board Packs and meeting materials; take accurate minutes and track actions
Coordinate acquisitions, tenders and major business projects, including due diligence and documentation
Liaise with legal, financial, property and regulatory advisors to ensure deadlines and requirements are met
Support contract reviews, tender submissions and key commercial documentation
Compile and maintain governance, Board and compliance documentation, ensuring accuracy and organisation
Translate complex legal, policy and financial information into clear, actionable summaries
Maintain secure and well-structured filing systems for confidential business records
Act as a trusted first point of contact on behalf of the Executive Team
Build strong professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Handle sensitive and confidential information with exceptional discretion
Protect executive time by setting boundaries and navigating high-pressure situations with calm and diplomacy
Qualification
Required
At least 5 years' experience as a Senior or Executive Assistant supporting a Founder, CEO or Executive Chair
Experience working in a high-growth, highly regulated environment
Strong ability to interpret legal, policy and financial documentation
Proven experience coordinating complex, multi-stakeholder projects
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Excellent judgement, discretion and emotional intelligence
A background in legal, compliance, governance or policy administration
