Pricing & Inside Sales Analyst

They are seeking a Pricing & Inside Sales Analyst to support the sales team by managing pricing opportunities, providing customer quotes, and ensuring effective communication with customers and suppliers.

Responsibilities
Support the sales team to manage opportunities by sourcing pricing in accordance with the company’s main products (ocean, air, road)
Provide customer quotes and negotiation with providers
Responsible for following up on bookings and communicating with customers, agents and suppliers worldwide
Have direct communication with customers and seek solutions to any problems
Have various contacts with shipping companies, agents network MPL, customers, shipping agents and transporters
Update offers on a regular basis and closely follow up the purchase rates of the various shipping companies with manager support
Keep internal systems up to date with quotes, shipping instructions and relevant data
Responsible for informing your colleagues in the departments concerned correctly and on time
Qualification
Required
You hold a degree in international logistics or related areas
Experience with pricing/inside sales
Deliver excellent service - towards customers and colleagues all over the world
Sense of initiative and are always solution-oriented
PC Literate
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Speak and write English fluently
Willing to work for a business in full expansion
Preferred
Knowledge of Spanish is a plus
