Responsibilities
Partner with customers to define success and monitor progress
Develop best practices and collaborate with internal teams
Track customer health and escalate concerns based on insights
Identify growth opportunities and recommend improvements
Drive customer retention and value through tailored engagement
Leverage technology to manage client data and forecasts
Build business plans and represent Customer Success in meetings
Qualification
Required
8+ years of professional experience, including a minimum of 3 years in customer success
4-year college degree required
Proficiency in Gainsight or Salesforce
Strong business acumen and communication skills; capable of managing customer journeys and conflict resolution
Preferred
master's degree
Experience in Global Trade
Functional/technical skills in SaaS and ERP applications
Experience with cloud software solutions and cloud delivery models
