Responsibilities

Design and implement SAP HANA Sidecar architecture to support high-speed data processing and reporting

Collaborate with SAP Basis and ERP teams to establish secondary database connections and optimize system performance

Set up, configure and monitor Data Replication Integrations

Configure and manage SLT System Landscape Transformation for real-time data replication from primary databases to HANA Sidecar

Ensure seamless integration with SAP S/4HANA and other non-SAP business systems

Performance Optimization on HANA Database and Replication

Identify performance bottlenecks in traditional databases and migrate critical reports and transactions to HANA Sidecar

Monitor CPU and memory utilization of HANA systems and tune for optimal performance

SAP HANA Basis Technical Support & Maintenance

Provide ongoing support for HANA Sidecar infrastructure, including troubleshooting and upgrades

Maintain documentation for architecture, data flows, and system configurations

Experience in SAP BOBJ Admin and connection configuration of BOBJ with various other systems

Enable BI tools (Power BI, Tableau ) and SAP reporting modules to utilize HANA Sidecar data for faster insights

Support native HANA modeling and SQLScript optimization for custom reporting

Lead and manage a support team handling bug fixes, enhancements, and client queries

Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to team members

Should have a clear understanding and working experience in SDLC, CI/CD, Agile & Sprint programs

Ability to Co-ordination with Application and Platform teams, Hyper-Care support, Performance optimization, Unit Test & Integration test support

Mentor and support other colleagues and L2 team for L3 Technical delivery

Managing services SLAs like availability (proactive monitoring) and incident resolutions as per SLAs

Strong client-facing role at the customer location or remotely
