Responsibilities
Plans and manages the daily business and administrative operations in an assigned area
Implements organizational policies and procedures designed to accomplish departmental and divisional priorities and long range goals
Supervises employees to include work allocation, training, scheduling, evaluation, and problem resolution
Reviews and interprets administrative policies and procedures and recommends/implements changes as required to achieve objectives
Prepares various operation and statistical reports and maintains applicable records and files. Maintain proper equipment and inventory levels
Collaborates with other personnel to resolve customer service issues, improve cost containment, increase productivity, and meet demands
Works closely with department business administration and acts as a liaison between management and other divisions, schools and departments

Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a business or management related field
Three (3) years of related experience, preferably in an academic, clinical, or research environment
