Responsibilities
Responsible for supporting the Operations Manager in processing transactions related to client requests which may include, physical mail, high-dollar remote deposit review(RDC), VOD letters, proof-of-authorization, review exception and payment in-boxes, homeowner payment set-up, and address change requests
Maintain general understanding of all bank products, services, policies, and procedures. Collaborate in a team structure and assist other members of the team to balance workload
Utilize systems and tracking tools to remain organized, ensure completion of all requests, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Strong task management and professionalism is essential
Actively participate in bank training and demonstrate retention of learned knowledge. Participate in team projects, as assigned
Qualification
Required
3+ years of related experience in Branch Banking Operations or similar field
High school diploma required
Entry level to intermediate knowledge of general banking operations, including deposit operations, loan administration, treasury management and/or other commercial banking products and services
Entry level to intermediate knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices
Entry level speaking and writing communications skills
Preferred
Knowledge of National Automated Clearing House Associate (NACHA) rules and Automated Clearing House (ACH) process preferred
