Responsibilities
Oversees the planning and execution of servicing transfers, ensuring compliance and facilitating a seamless transition for clients and internal teams
Enhances transfer processes, mitigates risk and upholds regulatory standards
Contributes to the evaluation and implementation of technology solutions aimed at improving the efficiency and accuracy of servicing transfers and overall processes and workflows for the servicing transfer team
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business or related field (or equivalent combination of years of experience with High School diploma/ GED) required
2+ years' experience in Servicing Transfer/ Loan Boarding Management roles required
3+ years' experience in mortgage servicing required
1+ years' leadership experience in mortgage servicing
Successful experience working in a fast-paced work environment
Strong analytical skills to distribute and allocate resources
Strong customer service skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word and Power Point)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain effective relationships across the organization
