Project Coordinator

ECC is a growing company focused on improving patient safety and care efficiency. They are seeking a highly organized Project Coordinator to drive efficient project execution and support warehousing and inventory for their field teams.

Responsibilities

Support Project Managers throughout all phases of the project
Track project milestones, schedules, tasks, and deliverables
Maintain project documentation and task updates in Q360
Prepare submittals, RFIs, permits, change orders, and close‑out packages
Assist with O&M manuals and required billing tasks
Coordinate procurement and ensure timely material delivery to job sites
Attend project kickoff and progress meetings
Maintain communication with customers, internal teams, and field technicians
Support quality checks through site walks or virtual inspections
Help anticipate project risks and assist in resolution planning
Pull, stage, label, and organize materials for projects
Verify part numbers, quantities, and accuracy of equipment
Assist with receiving and inspecting incoming shipments
Support cycle counts and inventory tracking
Prepare shipments and assist with outgoing materials as needed
Maintain clean, organized staging and warehouse areas
Operate basic warehouse equipment (pallet jack or forklift if certified)

Required

Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to interpret scopes of work and project documentation
Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Q360 experience is a plus
Customer‑focused mindset and solution‑oriented approach
Ability to multitask and work in a fast‑paced environment
Valid driver's license required
High school diploma or GED required
2+ years of project coordination, customer service, or operational support

Preferred

Basic Warehouse Or Material‑handling Experience
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform occasional warehouse tasks
Experience in construction, low‑voltage, installation, or technical projects
OSHA training a plus
Associates degree or equivalent experience preferred
