Accounting Assistant

Process daily sales orders
Generate daily sales and backorder reports
Process and apply incoming payments
Monitor and manage aged accounts receivable
Assist with general accounting functions, including quotes, invoicing, and monthly reporting
Qualification
Required
Experience with Zoho Books and Zoho CRM or comparable accounting/CRM software
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Teams
Basic understanding of accounting and billing practices
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
