The position involves handling materials, organizing props, supporting shipments, and providing general administrative support to the Visual Merchandising team.

Responsibilities
Assists with the setup and maintenance of the Visual Merchandising mock store. Duties include lifting and disposing of store materials as directed by Visual Merchandising staff
Physically receive and put-away merchandise, packaging supplies and printed materials
Package merchandise for shipment as well as other items when required such as supplies, equipment and material
Maintain adequate security on all assigned inventory items (physical and procedural controls)
Tracks inventory of Visual Merchandising display props. Reviews incoming and outgoing shipment to various Company locations. Assists with the proper storage of display props not in transit
Assists with the purchasing of assigned supplies, raw materials, and products needed for setting up of current and new wholesale locations
Reviews and maintains procurement records such as items purchased, costs, delivery, product quality or performance, and inventories
Supports the Director of Visual Merchandising, Visual Merchandising team with general administrative tasks as assigned

Required
Ability to apply basic logic and understanding to carry out detailed instructions in written, verbal or diagram form
Strong problem-solving skills
Basic computer proficiency with ability to quickly learn new technology & equipment
Proven ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously and manage frequent interruptions
