Technical Program Manager, Precision Machining & Tooling

Responsibilities

End-to-end execution from quoting through shipment, with direct customer interaction and inside sales support
Quoting and handling ECNs, CCRs, POs, and Order Acknowledgments
Collaboration with the Engineering Assistant on setups, material ordering, and discussions around prints and designs
Creation and upkeep of complete digital/physical job folders (prints, paperwork, certifications, 3D models, CAD data)
Requisitions for materials, supplies, and tooling to keep production moving
Design coordination as projects require
Scheduling and job release in partnership with the Operations Manager and Division Manager; balancing shop workload and delivery targets
Hands-on oversight of work-in-process, ensuring on-time completion
Status tracking and reporting on completeness, profitability, and emerging risks with operations teams
Expansion of opportunities with existing customers; support to outside sales via quoting, application engineering, and customer visits
Shop organization efforts that drive proficiency, efficiency, and workflow
ISO compliance in partnership with the Quality Management Representative (QMR)
Coordination across internal divisions and external vendors for seamless integration

Required

High school diploma
3+ years in a related manufacturing or engineering industry

Engineering degree or equivalent professional experience
