Responsibilities
Digital transformation funding, resource planning, and execution performance oversight
Directorate Commitment and Overhead management
Working collaboratively in a team environment, and interfacing with various design and engineering departments, IT, operations, planning, purchasing, subcontractors including Newport News Shipbuilding, and NAVSEA
Development of personnel through training and mentoring, preservation of critical technical skills and knowledge, cost and schedule management as well as performance and resource management
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree
4+ years of experience in DE, EBIT, Program Office, and/or Process Improvement
2+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience
Experience with manpower planning, performance management, progressing, commitment, and quality reporting systems
Must be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance through the department of defense
Preferred
Experience working with Teamcenter, and/or Active Workspace
BS degree in Engineering or Computer Science or related technical degree
Experience mentoring, coaching and professionally developing employees
Experience managing cross organizational projects
Experience collaborating with business leaders to resolve complex issues and challenging problems
Strong demonstrated leadership skills
Strong presentation and communication (both verbal and written) skills
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Self-motivated and results oriented
